7 Weeks of Happiness
/Namaste! Would you like a little more calm in your life? Please consider joining the RVA Learning Center in meditation and mindfulness every Friday from April 15 until the end of the school year. We will be going through a “7 Weeks of Happiness” series from the Calm App. Each week will be themed! This is a fantastic way to manage stress as we come to the end of the school year.
If you would like email reminders, please sign up on the RSVP form. Otherwise, no sign-up is required, feel free to just stop in Mrs. Mukerji’s Zoom Room each Friday at 11:00. Each class will last approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
This is available to all ages of students and is also available to RVA home mentors, parents, and staff as well!
